Expanding our international presence: A new point of service in Mexico

It is with great pride that we opened our new Customer Center last November in Queretaro, Mexico, offering new opportunities for growth in Latin America by creating stronger connections with our customers and their culture. 

“The addition of this service offering is a natural fit with our positioning as the key dairy partner of the food industry and aims to increase our presence in the Latin American market for our cheese and ingredients categories.”

Our team of experts will support our partners in the development of new products, from ideation to marketing. They will also help customers improve their current products whether it’s offering better texture and taste, providing longer shelf life or proposing solutions to reduce production costs.

Beyond this Innovation support, our Customer Center will also contribute to dairy education in the region, by sharing our knowledge on the functionality of dairy with the local R&D community and food science educational programs.

The ACC is our second global initiative to better connect with customers. Last spring, our team in Singapore debuted the Agropur Innovation Center, which extended our technical capabilities in Southeast Asia through partnerships with numerous regional food innovation facilities.

These are important milestone for our cooperative and contribute in our vision to be the key dairy partner of the food industry.
