Partnership with Coop Carbone

For the Agro Carbone project

The Donations & Sponsorships Committee has approved a partnership between Agropur and Coop Carbone to support the "Agro Carbone" project, a collective effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Agropur will be able to benefit from the group's expertise to identify cost-cutting and emissions-reduction opportunities.

Coop Carbone is a business cooperative created in 2011 by Coop fédérée, Desjardins Group, Fondaction CSN, AQME and C3E. It provides its members with tools to help them reduce their carbon emissions. Coop Carbone's mission is to maximize the economic benefits of the fight against climate change for Quebec.
