Agropur cheeses reap impressive harvest of prizes at World Championship Cheese Contest

True to its tradition of excellence, Agropur Cooperative and its cheeses from Canada and U.S. distinguished themselves again at the prestigious World Championship Cheese Contest in Madison, Wisconsin on March 18 19, 2014.

Agropur is proud that its carefully crafted products, made with constant attention to quality, have been recognized at such a distinguished competition, where the world’s finest cheeses are represented. A record 2,615 cheeses and butters from 22 countries, including Switzerland, Italy, Germany, England and Greece, were entered in this year’s World Championship Cheese Contest and judged by some 50 judges from 20 countries.

The official awards ceremony will be held at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Thursday, April 24.

Agropur picked up more than 20 prizes in the competition:
