Agropur Management Board

Under the authority of the Chief Executive Officer, who is appointed by the Board of Directors, the Agropur Management Board is responsible for supervision and general management of the Cooperative’s business and internal activities. The Agropur Management Board prepares the Cooperative’s business and growth strategies and submits them to the Board of Directors. It executes the decisions made by the Board and its committees. It administers, directs and controls the Cooperative’s current affairs, human capital, assets and financial resources. It implements policies and procedures to support the Cooperative’s development and ensure compliance with applicable acts and regulations.
