For five years now, the position of Next Generation Director has played a key role within the Cooperative. It serves as a springboard for the involvement of young dairy producers in Agropur's highest governance body. 

By reserving a position for the next generation of players, Agropur's Board of Directors wishes to give tomorrow's leaders the opportunity to gradually familiarize themselves with the major issues facing Agropur and the entire dairy industry in the coming years. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to bring one's point of view to board deliberations, and to gain an in-depth understanding of Agropur's decision-making processes and challenges.
