Agropur Graduate Program
Agropur’s Graduate Program is a two-year program for recent university graduates that focuses on developing effective leadership skills within the Agropur business.
Individuals participating in the program will go through four rotations in different parts of our organization that last approximately six months each.
The rotations will focus on developing the leadership and technical expertise of the participants.
To help develop leadership skills in the participants, Agropur will provide leadership development training courses.

After Gramm Johnson’s experience in the Agropur Graduate Program, he was hired on as Production Supervisor and is now an Area Production Manager.

After her experience in the Agropur Graduate Program, Erin Daehn was hired on as Production Supervisor and is now Production Manager.
I started with Agropur in the Graduate Rotational Program. My first assignment focused on operations, and I assisted the Weyauwega plant with the startup of their new conversion line. I learned a lot during those first six months through working with experienced employees in each department on different tasks including scheduling, quality, maintenance and safety.
