Colby Jack

A combination of colby (colored) and jack cheese (white) that have been blended together to form a marbled, golden and cream-colored cheese. It is a semi-hard variety with a soft texture that provides a mild to mellow flavor. It can be used in soups, sauces, salads, sandwiches and casseroles.
