Our member dairy farmers work hard each day to deliver top-quality dairy products. Throughout the pandemic, the Cooperative worked tirelessly to keep our highly nutritious products on store shelves. Recognizing their essential role, our employees also demonstrated outstanding agility during this turbulent period. At the same time, the Cooperative undertook unprecedented financial turnaround efforts. Thanks to this exercise, our organization is now focused on what it does best and is back on track to disciplined growth.
Over the past year, Agropur has advanced its sustainable development and social responsibility objectives by continuing to make animal welfare a priority, developing more environmentally friendly packaging, and promoting diversity, inclusion and equality within its workforce. At the international level, the Cooperative has joined important initiatives such as the Sustainable Dairy Partnership and Pathways to Dairy Net Zero to accelerate the fight against climate change within the dairy industry.

With a large presence in rural areas, Agropur actively contributes to the economic vitality of communities across North America. Agropur is owned by its members: dairy farmers who have joined forces in order to take control of their future and process the products of their labours. Our members are located in five Canadian provinces and each member has one vote, regardless of the size of their farm.
