With the warm summer weather back, it’s great to be able to cool off with a tasty ice cream treat. And there’s no shortage of quality offerings since Agropur is the largest processor of private brand frozen treats in Canada.

The Cooperative has been making the The Creamiest ice cream bars in the Irresistibles product line, Métro’s private brand, for many years. At its Truro, Nova Scotia plant, Agropur makes six varieties of savory La Crémeuse treats, including caramel and praline pecan, crunchy almond, salted caramel, dark chocolate Tuxedo, mocha and almond and vanilla.

To beat the summer heat, we encourage you to pick up a box of these tasty treats or something else cool and refreshing in the freezer isle. The code 3703 on the packaging indicates the product was made at our plant in Truro.
